WHY CONSULTING?

Nowadays, stress, anxiety and depression are commonplace for everyone.

Indeed, the health and social crisis, environmental problems, politics, changes in family models, migratory movements, inner loneliness, and questions of identity are all subjects that may come and gnaw at each of us.

As a parent, you may worry about your educational responsibility, and what you may be  passing on to your child... especially when they are not doing so well.

In professional situations, relationships at work, whether in a team, or with clients in an institution, can also be sources of anxiety and inner turmoil.

So we may find ourselves confiding in others - family, friends, colleagues, loved ones. Yet in spite of everything, our worries persist. We find the situations repeating themselves and the problems becoming more serious.

It is at this point that it is important to seek support and input from a third party; an independent professional who can provide a benevolent neutrality and a space for you to help you to reflect.

As a clinical and counselling psychologist and a psychoanalyst, I can provide an invaluable space for discussion and listening for anyone experiencing any form of psychological difficulties in their lives.
