MY APPROACHES

I have been practicing for 22 years in various sectors and with various audiences. My practice is therefore heterogeneous and adaptable. However, it is governed by the strict principles of therapy, although I offer different forms of intervention.

For individuals:
  •     Individual consultation: it is a space in which I help the client to talk about their anxiety and thereby, to unfold the problem that leads them to consult. It is an introspective time during which they can be brought to revisit their story and the feelings that are linked to it. For the patient, it is indeed a question of clarifying the origin of their disorders but also of deciphering the difficulties they are currently encountering in their relationship to the world and to others around them.
Depending on the depth and duration of the problems encountered, the duration of psychological work or "therapy" may vary according to each individual.
  •     The "couple therapy": we are interested here in the intimate bond that unites two people. When the couple is damaged, it is common to look for a culprit and to throw two in the painful pursuit of blaming the other. I am offering here the possibility of a structured space to unfold personal issues and understand the subjective responsibilities in this dynamic. This is the opportunity to get to know your partner from a different perspective and to re-engage in dialogue in a different way.
  •     "Family" work or rather said consultation "for a child": by virtue of its particular status, the child has access to the therapy space only through the consultation request made by the parent.
It is in this particular context that I welcome, during a first meeting, the child and their parents to come and talk to me about what brings them to consult.
This time makes it possible to confirm the possibility of psychological work for the child but also to promote parent / child communication. The psychological follow-up of the child takes the form of individual sessions. It is through the support of games and other playful means of expression - drawing, modeling - that I offer children the possibility of expressing their difficulties.

And professionals:
  •     Supervision: it is an individual consultation. It is primarily intended for psychologists and other healthcare professionals and for people who wish to talk about sensitive, intimate points of their practices and possibly directions to take in their relationship with their own patients.
  •     "Control": session of regulation of practice and transference addressed to psychoanalysts.
  •     Analysis of practices or "team supervision": work regulation; it is aimed at any team that wants a space of hindsight to discuss problematic situations together in the context of the intervention with patients. These are team meetings during which I make it easier for caregivers to talk about  suffering linked to the meeting with the patient and / or helps to resolve collective resistance to the advancement of patient care.
